Milk Bar just announced a partnership with Hellmann’s Mayonnaise. Yes, you read that correctly.
Launched on September 17, the two brands teamed to craft a love letter to the Milk Bar Founder Christina Tosi’s favorite sandwich, the Hellmann’s Mayo Sweet Sandwich. Think of a tomato and mayo sandwich—but sweet!
The bite-sized treat features layers of slices of sweet cake bread, Hellmann’s mayo frosting and a thick round of tomato gelée.
The Hellmann’s Mayo Sweet Sandwich will be available to purchase at Milk Bar’s New York City, LA, and DC Flagship bakeries through 10/17. A DIY at-home kit will be available to purchase on milkbarstore.com.
