Panda Express Teams With Buldak For Its Spiciest Dish Ever

Panda Express just cranked the heat to a level it hasn’t seen before, and they’re doing it with help from one of the spiciest instant noodle brands in the game—Buldak.

The new Dynamite Sweet & Sour Chicken takes crispy-fried marinated chicken (in a puffed rice batter for extra crunch), wok-tosses it with red bell peppers and onions, then coats it in a custom Buldak sweet & sour sauce that promises to be Panda Express’ spiciest menu item yet.

It’s currently in testing at select locations across 10 US markets: New York, Chicago, Houston, San Diego, Phoenix (Prescott), Denver, Atlanta, Seattle-Tacoma, Washington D.C. (Hagerstown), and Orlando/Daytona Beach/Melbourne. The test runs through October 7, 2025, while supplies last.

If you want to try it, Panda’s site has a full list of participating locations.
