Sweetgreen Is Testing Air-Fried, Crispy ‘Ripple Fries’ With Pickle Ketchup

Sweetgreen just took a crispy leap into comfort food territory with the launch of their new “Ripple Fries,” which are currently being tested in Los Angeles locations.

Known for their salads and health-forward meals, Sweetgreen is adding these scratch-made, air-fried potato fries to their lineup in Los Angeles restaurants, offering a little something extra for anyone craving crunch. These aren’t just any fries, either—they’re served with a choice of pickle ketchup for a tangy twist or a garlic aioli for a more savory kick.

For those calorie-counting: the fries with pickle ketchup sit at 240 calories, while the garlic aioli option is a heftier 470 calories. It’s a bold move from Sweetgreen, proving they’re game to embrace more indulgent flavors without totally straying from their fresh-focused vibe.

Stay tuned on any news regarding a nationwide release!
