This 90-Foot-Long Shish Kabob Could Feed A Whole Neighborhood

The city of Dearborn, Michigan, a suburb of Detroit, is home to the largest Arab American population in the United States. In fact, about 60 percent of the people in Dearborn are of Arab descent.

So it may come as no surprise that a serpentine, 90-foot-long shish kabob was cooked in Dearborn. As seen in the clip above from Dearborn’s official Instagram page, this feat was done in impressive fashion, by a man identified as Mr. Almoslemawi. We can assume that he’s the genius behind the custom-built 90-foot grill, too.

The comments section couldn’t get enough of this grilling brilliance, with some saying: “I love Dearborn. People come together in the best ways,” and “Target audience reached.”

Unfortunately, this kabob was far from the Guinness World Record, as there was one that set the record at 733 ft. 9.11 in. by Aitas KZ Group of companies, Makinsk Poultry Farm LLP of Kazakhstan back in September of 2018.
