Rap Legend Bun B’s ‘Trill Burgers’ Named Best in the US By ‘Good Morning America’

Rap icon Bun B has repped his city of Houston to the fullest throughout his illustrious music career. Now, he’s repping Houston on the food front by delivering the best burger in the U.S., as distinguished by winning Good Morning America’s “United States of Burgers” competition.

Bun B’s Trill Burgers is a wildly popular Houston-area pop-up that serves up incredible smash burgers. The concept became a reality thanks to a partnership with serial restaurant entrepreneur Andy Nguyen.

To win Good Morning America’s “United States of Burgers” competition, Trill Burgers chef Mike Pham faced off against other finalists, Lucky’s Last Chance out of Philadelphia, the Companion from Atlanta, and Miami’s Babe’s Meat & Counter. The showdown culminated in the trillest burger of them all grabbing the W.

Trill Burgers is projecting to open a brick & mortar location in Houston later this year.
