Conor McGregor Has the Perfect Workout Regimen For St. Patrick’s Day

St. Patrick’s Day is usually all about having a good time — think green beer, corned beef and knishes.

However, MMA icon Conor McGregor and his Proper No. Twelve Irish Whiskey have created a “Proper Workout Plan” to help fans prep for the holiday with its St. Practice Day

St. Patrick’s Day partying should be considered as a marathon, and not as sprint. As such, McGregor will guide you through twelve signature workouts with step-by-step instructions.

First up is the Proper Strut. Before you can talk the talk, you have to learn how to walk the walk.

Now that you’re in the bar, say hey to your mates like Connor would with this Proper Greeting.

Once you’ve been served, navigating through the crowd with a round of drinks is no small feat, hence the Proper Pivot.

You’ll be doing a lot of toasting so make sure those biceps are ready to raise that glass with the Proper Cheers exercise.

If given the opportunity to say a few words, use the Proper Speech technique and keep things brief.

Not all St. Patty’s Day drinks are created equal! If you’re looking to “mix things up” then the Proper Blend is perfect and will give you reason to get back on that stationary bike.

For the rest of the workout, check out the YouTube playlist below. Once you’re primed and pumped, be ready to celebrate St. Patty’s Day properly.
