Chipotle is Testing Pollo Asado in Select Markets

Pollo Asado is Chipotle’s first chicken menu innovation in its 28-year history. The new protein features the unique taste of garlic, fresh lime, guajillo peppers, and hand-chopped cilantro.

Chipotle is testing a new innovation with their chicken, the first of its kind in its 28-year history, by offering Pollo Asado at 95 locations in Cincinatti, Ohio and Sacramento, California.

This new variety of grilled chicken at Chipotle is treated with a dry rub of cumin, guajillo peppers, and coriander. It’s then hand-cut and finished with garlic, chili peppers, fresh squeezed lime, and chopped cilantro.

To celebrate the test of the new Pollo Asado, Chipotle has a $0 delivery fee on all Pollo Asado orders via the Chipotle app and Chipotle.com from November 8 through November 14. 

Pollo Asado will be available at participating locations in Cincinnati and Sacramento for a limited time.
