People Are Buying Hyperealistic Eye Candy For V-Day, And It’s Creepy AF

You can be a stooge this Valentine’s Day and get your significant other the usual box of chocolates that will be thrown out in April, or you can get something that that will really catch their eye.

Katherine Dey of Deviant Desserts makes some unusual sweets, to say the least, and this Valentine’s Day, the talented baker said these chocolate eyeballs have been some of her best sellers.

The detail and realism in her desserts are insane, and if you “only have eyes” for that special someone, you can see why these treats would be such a hot seller during the holiday of love.

The pair of white chocolate eyes have a ganache and mixed berry filling, and you can actually choose between blue, brown, or green eye color.

If these eye-popping chocolates aren’t your thing, you can always be a sweetheart with this anatomically correct heart cake, or chocolate hearts.

The heart consists of a soft white chocolate shell, two layers of red velvet cake, and chocolate butter cream.

The four chocolate hearts are filled with a strawberry white chocolate ganache, and actually look like real hearts, as well.

“As a nurse I always love it when my products are being sent to the hospital,” Dey said. “A number of our hearts are being gifted to cardiologists this Valentine’s Day which makes me very happy.”

Whatever you go with as long as they see that it comes from the heart.
