This Pop-Up Makes Churro-Bunned Fried Chicken Sandwiches

We’re pretty familiar with The Naughty Churro, as the pop-up churro shop has dropped some pretty intense churro creations in the past.

Nick Fasone, the man behind the churro, has really outdone himself this time, combining his infamous churro buns with churro-battered fried chicken, for a sandwich that sounds like a heart attack, but tastes like love at first sight.

Using the same batter that he uses for his churros, Fasone deep fries the chicken, drenches it in honey butter syrup, and places it between potato chip-crusted churro buns.

The Naughty Churro’s very naughty sandwich is being sold this summer at the 626 Night Market festival in Arcadia, California, along with a pizza-stuffed churro, and a variety of ice cream churro sammies.

Trying the sandwich myself, I’ve decided that honey butter should be a standard condiment on everything, everywhere.
