Del Taco Joins Bacon Bandwagon With New ‘Bacon Ranch Grilled Chicken Burrito’

Under the guise that “Bacon makes EVERYTHING better,” the Del Taco chain has announced a new Bacon Ranch Grilled Chicken Burrito with a 2 for $5 deal. Available at participating locations, the burritos feature bacon, ranch sauce, tomatoes, lettuce and grated cheddar cheese.

For all those who have been following the bacon trend, which restaurants and products do you think will utilize bacon as an added novelty act? While disproportionate, last month Denny’s addition of an entire bacon menu highlighted by a Bacon Sundae was the cause of quite a bit of foodie notoriety across the web. Not to be outdone, Pizza Hut announced a bacon stuffed crust pizza a few weeks later.
