McDonald’s To Start Dealing Frozen Strawberry Lemonade

A Jacksonville, FL location has been on the heavy promotion tip for a new McCafé variety in the form of a Frozen Strawberry Lemonade drink. Pricing sits at $1.59 for a small, but according to the Jacksonville location’s Twitter as of late, the restaurant is pushing a #ThirstyThursdays for the rest of the month with free samples being distributed between 11 am – 2 pm and 4 pm – 7 pm.

Restaurant chains with the reach that McDonald’s commands usually test products in very specific markets before going nationwide. In the case of this particular beverage, the Frozen Strawberry Lemonade is being introduced in Florida with some impeccable pre-spring break timing. More news on any national distribution of this drink is to come, until then, citizens of Florida will have to permeate to the rest of the country if this drink is a winner or not.
