On the road for just under a month, the LA-based Jogasaki SushiBurrito is a food truck that’s definitely having some fun with their unique take on sushi. Adding to the mobility theme their truck intrinsically presents, their menu consists of familiar sushi combinations in convenient on-the-go fashions. Everything from sushi burritos to spicy tuna nachos is represented; Jogasaki is sure to build a name for itself in the coming months.
