“Year of the Rabbit” Burger

Ring in the Chinese New Year today with this Year of the Rabbit burger. Created by the burger genius Char.L.Ton, this dish highlights a rather lonesome rabbit made entirely of edible hamburger ingredients. The patty makes up the body, dots of mustard make up the eyes, a tomato button nose, onions are used in the creation of the eyebrows, whiskers and teeth, the body is a bed of greenery, and the carrot off to the side is a combination tomato and lettuce leaf. The best part about the dish, in my opinion, is the Sriracha-based type face accenting the dish. Eat on!
