Pumpkin Muffins with Spiced Cream Cheese Filling

I know Thanksgiving is well over and Valentine’s Day is right around the corner, but I had to bring back my love of pumpkin flavored baked goods. What you are drooling over is not your typical pumpkin pie, in fact, it is a pumpkin muffin. Typically, we would usually pair this treat with some sort of ice cream or cool whip… but not these bad boys! They are stuffed with spiced cream cheese filling. Power dessert?
