Finally, Bruegger’s Bagels Rolls Out New Sriracha Egg Sandwich

It’s about time someone made this a thing. Bruegger’s Bagels is rolling out with a new summer menu that’s “bold, spicy, sweet and savory.” Among the Morning Glory Bagel and a couple seasonal salads, the new lineup includes the Sriracha Egg Sandwich.

The Sriracha ‘wich features egg, sausage, cheddar cheese, red peppers and everyone’s favorite  cock sauce added for a kick. Just look at how glorious it looks in that perfectly lit photograph. The egg properly keeps its yolky color (take note Mickey D’s) as the cheese drips over the edge of the bagel, passing that peekabo sliver of Sriracha.

You can get this spicy, savory egg sandwich made on any of Bruegger’s 15+ bagel varieties. We recommend trying it on the jalapeno bagel, as it’s only fitting. The Sriracha Egg Sandwich is available at all Bruegger’s Bagel locations until September 10.
