McDonald's Double Cheeseburger Officially $1.19

Arguably one of the staple items from the infamous McDonald’s value menu will be seeing an officially recommended price increase starting the 1st of December, 2008. Apparently this move came due to the rising production and ingredient costs, and will also lead to the introduction of a “McDouble”, which is essentially two patties and one piece of cheese instead of the Double Cheeserburger’s two slices.
