Greasy, Cheesy Great Goddess of Grilled Cheese

This is an incredibly mean and gorgeous grilled cheese sandwich from Chabichou in Toronto, CA. Chabichou is a fine cheese and gourmet food store, and we’re looking at an obvious highlight of their menu unofficially dubbed the Greasy, Cheesy Great Goddess of Grilled Cheese by our friend Carlos of Belly Busters. This sucker is filled to the brim with ham, cheddar and swiss cheese, the unapologetically smothered in a thick top-layer of cheddar and swiss cheeses and baked into a delicious package of goodness.
