Edible Eyeballs for Your Martinis

When Halloween time rolls around, the goofy, creepy and disgusting-looking edible recipes begin to spring up. Today, we’re looking at edible eyeballs for martinis and party trays. These particular eyeballs are made of radishes and small green olives. For each eyeball, slice one end off a radish, skin the rest of it to achieve the bloodshot-veiny look and hollow out the center to stuff the olive in. Keeping the root of radish intact will accentuate the realistic-appeal of the garnish, as it resembles an optic nerve. Happy early Halloween snacking! (Thx ShowMeVegan)
