The Newest Dodger Dog Will Be Covered In Popcorn, Beer Cheese And Served On A Pretzel Bun

At the beginning of the season, we saw Major League Baseball stadiums lose their minds in the kitchen and release some pretty crazy new food options. Well, Dodger Stadium hasn’t stopped and is still cranking out new hot dogs.

Foodbeast got a sneak peek at their new Pop Fly Dog, which will only be served during the next Dodger homestand June 17-21.

The Pop Fly Dog will consist of a traditional 10-inch Farmer John Dodger Dog frank that is covered in beer cheese, sprinkled with popcorn and nestled between a warm pretzel bun. For the gooey beer cheese, they used an IPA from LA-based brewery, Golden Road Brewing.

We’re essentially looking at all the best stuff you’d eat at a ballpark mashed together.

If you don’t get a chance to try out this popcorn dog, we’ve got you covered with the other beastly food items that are available during every Dodger game.
