7-Eleven Manager Writes Heartbreaking Job Listing, Begs For Night Help

It’s pretty awesome that 7-Eleven is open 24 hours a day, as you can feed your Slurpee craving at any time of the day. However, if you’re a manager who has to work every one of those 24 hours a day, it’s not as awesome.

An AD was placed on a japanese job recruitment site called A Navi, and aside from the job specifications, the manager of this 7-Eleven in Tokyo, Japan got real and personal.

According to RocketNews24, the manager said he has had trouble finding people to work the night shifts and pleaded that anyone take the gig so he won’t have to work 24 hour shifts and collapse on the clock.

He sold the job as best as he could, saying no experience is necessary, the neighborhood is safe, it doesn’t get too busy and no difficult tasks need to be performed. The man just wants the luxury of a few hours of sleep.

The unemployment rate in Japan is only at 3.9 percent at the moment, but someone out there should take him up on the offer, right?
