Unicorn Poop Cookies — If Only Dog Poop Was This Pretty…and Edible

Apologies in advance for the terrible title of this post, and the obscene images it must bring to mind.

I promise I’ll make it up to you…by telling you about Unicorn Poop. This fabulous dessert idea is not actually the excrements of a magical unicorn…but instead a post-dinner food item made of sugar cookies, rainbow dragees, rainbow star sprinkles, white sparkle gel and rainbow disco dust.
