Trish Motter dreamed of making ice cream. The 22-year old spent most of her childhood hoping to become an entrepreneur like her father. After taking the prestigious Penn State Short Ice Cream course, Trish began working toward her dream. Soon, she found a location and signed the lease, staying true to a simple motto she’s heard her entire life:

If you do what you love, you’ll never have to work a day in your life.

Set to open next month, Half Pint Creamery looks to be Motter’s first foray into the world of business. Only time, or Yelp, will tell how she does from here on out. Check out the young entrepreneur’s creations:
