Taco Bell To Finally Release The Baja Blast Pie Nationwide

Looks like Taco Bell is taking Live Más to a whole new level, because the Baja Blast Pie is finally going nationwide this November.

If that name sounds familiar, it’s because the dessert first made waves at the Live Más LIVE event in 2024, where fans got an early taste of what might be Taco Bell’s wildest dessert yet.

The Baja Blast Pie starts with a graham cracker crust, layered with a tropical Baja Blast-flavored custard, and topped with a generous swirl of whipped cream. Think of it as the rebellious younger sibling of a key lime pie—sweeter, tangier, and a little unhinged in the best way possible.

I first tried this diabolically tasty slice at the event, and it instantly hit that perfect mix of nostalgia and novelty. It’s basically Baja Blast in dessert form and yes, it absolutely works.

The pie is speculated to launch nationwide this November, so keep an eye out. Hopefully it’ll be out in time to grace Thanksgiving spreads with some delicious audacity.
