Taco Bell Is Now Testing Frozen Coffee And Shakes, Here’s The Details

Earlier this week, we broke the news over on Instagram that Taco Bell is officially testing not one, but TWO different lineups of frozen beverage additions to their menu. This marks their first-ever foray into frozen coffees and sweet shakes.

For the early morning crowd that needs a caffeinated kick, there’s a set of Coffee Chillers being tested. If you’re hankering for a frozen creamy treat in the afternoon, Churro Chillers are also getting experimented with.

When news broke about Taco Bell’s new frozen coffees and shakes, it generated a ton of buzz from y’all in the comments:

Our curiosity is as piqued as yours, so here’s all the info we could gather on what’s in the new frozen beverages, where to get them, and how long they’ll be around.

First, the Coffee Chillers are available in 16 oz sizes, and come with blended iced coffee and are topped with a layer of cold foam. You can get them in three different flavors: Mexican Chocolate, Caramel Churro, or Spiced Vanilla.

As for the Churro Chillers, they consist of a blended sweet shake topped with a layer of cold foam and churro crumbles. Flavors available include Mexican Chocolate, Dulce de Leche Coffee, Wild Strawberry, and Sweet Vanilla tinted a Taco Bell purple.

The sets of shakes are each being tested at one specific Taco Bell location. To try them out for yourselves, you can head to the following locations, while supplies last, starting December 15th:

Both sets of frozen beverages won’t be available for Happier Hour deals while the test is happening, however, you can order any option in the Coffee Chillers or Churro Chillers lineup all day long.

Considering there’s seven different options across both sets of sweet treats, it’s gonna be hard to pick a favorite. Definitely partial to pairing any of them with some Nacho Fries, however.
