Sage Fried Chicken Benedict
This is the world famous “Sage Fried Chicken Benedict” from Nevada restaurant “Hash House a go go”. You can’t really tell what’s in this dish, so let me give you a run down. Andy’s Sage fried chicken, fresh spinach, hardwood smoked bacon, market tomato, griddled mozzarella, scrambled eggs, all smothered in chipotle cream… O yeah, and a wedge of watermelon!
