Real Italian Ice Cream Sandwich

I feel like I’ve been eating ice cream sandwiches wrong my entire life. This photo of an Italian Ice Cream Sandwich comes by way of our super intern Kiera as she embarks on her journey through Italy. The sandwich we’re looking at above combines chocolate hazelnut and banana gelato flavors in a brioche.
