Pizza Hut is serving up a taste of luxury with a playful twist in its latest creation, ‘Pizza Caviar’. This spin on caviar replaces the traditional fishy roe with a bold, savory pepperoni taste, creating a new culinary experience for pizza lovers. What a glamorous production.

‘Pizza Caviar’ is designed to resemble the look and feel of classic caviar, thanks to pepperoni-flavored pearls made from water and agar agar. What is agar-agar? It’s a plant-based, gelatinous substance derived from red algae. Introduced exclusively in the deluxe ‘Pizza Caviar Bump Box’ – this limited-edition offering includes a cheese Personal Pan Pizza and a choice of three plain boneless wings or fries, all topped with these unique pepperoni pearls.

Here’s the catch (yes, pun fully intended) — the limited-edition Pizza Caviar Bump Box will only be available from April 10 to April 12, and exclusively at the Pizza Hut located at 932 8th Avenue in New York City. In case you missed it earlier (these puns are writing themselves at this point), the “Pizza Caviar” is completely fish-free and made from pepperoni-flavored ingredients. Pizza Hut really went the extra mile for New York’s vegetarian crowd.
