One thing I enjoy about Florida-based restaurant Pincho Factory is their continuous attention to their test kitchen and social media. For example, today we’re looking at a freshly made burger utilizing a delicious-looking loaded mashed potatoes filling. Earlier today, Pincho Factory uploaded this photo to their Facebook page asking their fans to guess the ingredients, and sure enough, was later confirmed to involve turkey bacon, cheese, mashed taters.
