Nike just mixed it up with Kool-Aid, and Ja Morant is the blender.

The Nike x Kool-Aid Ja 2 mixes Ja’s childhood memories—like sipping Kool-Aid at his grandma’s house—with his on-court energy. “I remember my grandma always having some Kool-Aid in the fridge and that’s part of my special childhood memories,” says Morant.

The result? A sneaker bursting with color and personality. The first drop (May 16) includes his favorite flavors: Blue Raspberry and Cherry with hits of Orange and Lemon Lime on the sole, the Kool-Aid Man busting through a wall, Ja’s “12 AM” text, and a glow-in-the-dark outsole.

The second drop hits this July and leans all the way into Kool-Aid’s OG flavor: red. Expect that same wall-breaking Kool-Aid Man, the glowing soles, and more Ja attitude built into every step—just with that bold cherry red splash that’s straight outta your childhood cup.

To sweeten the launch, Kool-Aid’s dropping a limited-edition Mix n’ Kicks flavor pack—the brand’s first new flavor offering in over five years—plus a giveaway for custom laces and dubraes to match your kicks.
