New Bertolli Meal Soups

Bertolli has a new line of hearty frozen soups just in time for the colder months ahead! They sent us a a sample of their Chicken Minestrone, and as a huge fan of their pastas and sauces I was eager to try. I made this soup after a long day, and boy nothing could be easier…dump bag into pot, add 1 cup of water, and bring to boil. Voila soup was ready!

It took a little longer to prepare than a canned soup, but it was definitely worth it. The soup did not disappoint! The big chunks of chicken breast and veggies, still retained texture and freshness like a homemade soup. It was really surprising and I recommend having some ready in your freezer for a quick meal, especially for those days when getting out of your pj’s is not happening.
