The popular Umami Burger chain left food porn connoisseurs foaming at the mouth last week with the announcement of their Monte Cristo Burger, a limited-time menu item created for the restaurant by Top-Chef winner Michael Voltaggio.

Umami's take on the Monte Cristo smothers a beef patty in gruyère fondue and prosciutto, then sandwiches it between two custard-soaked fried buns, sprinkled with powdered sugar and is served with a side of maple syrup.
