Mini Peanut Butter Maple Syrup Waffle Sandwiches

Big things come in small packages. These Mini Peanut Butter Maple Syrup Waffle Sandwiches are pretty tiny but are packed full of taste! The waffles I used are mini cinnamon Eggos, that I lathered with chunky peanut butter. I then poured just enough maple syrup to fill all those tiny squares on the top. These bite size sandwiches were delicious, to say the least. After the original two I tossed into my stomach, I made a couple more just for good measure! For those on a diet, low-fat peanut butter was used in the creation of this snack. Don’t feel too guitly!
