McDonald’s Drops New Cheesy Jalapeño Sausage Egg McMuffin For Limited Time At Select Locations

McDonald’s is about to spice up your mornings. According to Chew Boom, Mickey D’s has been rolling out a new Cheesy Jalapeño Sausage Egg McMuffin at select locations in Louisiana and Texas — one Reddit user from Southern California claimed to have found it as well.

Only available until August 13, it includes their classic savory hot sausage patty, fresh jalapeños, a melted slice of American cheese, and a cracked egg all served on a toasted English muffin. 

While McDonald’s hasn’t revealed when the new Cheesy Jalapeño Sausage Egg McMuffin will be available nationwide, an apparent employee memo offered some insight — namely that the cheesy jalapeño sauce can also be added to other breakfast items. Since it seems to be a limited-time offering, there’s a good chance you’ll see it popping up on menus soon.
