Lobsta Truck Makes a Stand in Long Beach [ADVENTURE]

One of the last savory trucks we checked out at this past Wednesday’s Lunch Truck It event was the Lobsta Truck. Fresh seafood off a roaming truck? That’s the hook (#irony), taking inspiration from the New England lobster scene, and infusing it with the taco shack scenes they’ve seen in LA, Lobsta Truck, that’s the sinker (#ironycontinued).

A few people in line I had the pleasure of chirpin’ with mentioned that they’d called in late to work just to follow the Lobsta Truck‘s whereabouts (it was 1:00 pm in the afternoon mind you). I wonder if these cops were on duty? Protect and serve. And eat. Can’t knock that!

To stay up to speed on the whereabouts of the Lobsta Truck, visit their website, check out their Facebook or follow them on Twitter.
