Krispy Kreme Launches New Mini Doughnuts To Help With New Year’s Diets

Can’t commit to an entire donut, especially when trying to keep with that 2020 New Year’s resolution? That’s cool. Krispy Kreme just announced the addition of a new permanent menu item that comes in a petite package: Mini Doughnuts.

The new doughnuts are pretty much miniaturized versions of the chain’s most popular items: Original Glazed, Chocolate Ice Glazed, Chocolate Iced with Sprinkles, and Strawberry Iced with Sprinkles.

Since we’re starting a brand new year, the idea is for anyone who craves the taste of a Krispy Kreme doughnut to fill that craving, just at a smaller size. This “mini-indulgence” is Krispy Kreme’s way of helping consumers stick to their New Year’s Diet.

Not going to lie, they look pretty darn adorable too.

Look for them now at participating Krispy Kreme locations across the nation as a new permanent menu item.

Krispy Kreme will also host what they’re calling “Mini Mondays” which is a happy hour from 4-7pm through the month of January where fans will get a free mini donut of their choice. You can get yourself one by checking out one of the participating shops found here.
