IHOP’s New Spring Menu Features Protein Pancakes

IHOP is rolling out their new Spring menu and it’s highlighted by a lineup of Protein Pancakes and a Cheeseburger Omelette.

The Protein Pancakes are as good as the classic IHOP ones, just boosted with whole grains, rolled oats, barley, rye, chia, flax and nine grams of whey protein each. A short stack will definitely pump you up. Diners can choose from stacks of Protein Power Pancakes, Lemon Ricotta Blueberry Protein Pancakes, Strawberry Banana Protein Pancakes and a build your own Protein Pancake Combo.

Besides the pancakes, two extra cheesy omelettes are available in the form of a Deluxe Three Cheese & Bacon Omelette and the aforementioned Cheeseburger Omelette.

The new Spring menu items from IHOP will be available at participating locations nationwide for a limited time only.
