Hooters Girls Invaded A Cub Scouts Camp And Parents Are Pissed

Apparently Hooters is all about the kids, as evident by a recent sponsorship with a Denver Cub Scout camp.

While some Hooter girls made their way to the camp and took photos with the young boys, they weren’t exactly in their usual work attire, as they donned regular fitting shirts, jackets and jean shorts. Yeah, the shorts were a little, well, short, but the overall outfit was way different than this:

Still, when the Cub Scout parents caught a glimpse of their innocent children taking photographs with the bodacious Hooters girls, they lost their shit.

Michelle Kettleborough, one of the kids’ mothers, essentially told Fox and Friends that Hooters had no business there, as the restaurant is, “geared toward adult men, not 7-year-old boys.”

Boy Scouts of America responded with:

A restaurant extended support to help make a local Cub Scout Day Camp possible and provided volunteers for the camp. The group of trained volunteers mistakenly wore the wrong attire and it was addressed by our Council leadership. The Boy Scouts of America relies on millions of dedicated volunteers and we are very appreciative of their commitment. We extend our apologies for this mistake and look forward to continuing our mission of serving youth in the Denver area.

While the angry mother admitted that her son had a “positive experience,” she still doesn’t want to hold the burden of explaining why she won’t let the boy eat at Hooters.

It’s a bit of a downer, because Hooters is filled with belligerent drunks, yelling at sports figures on the TV, while half-naked women serve you wings and beer. That is a perfect representation of what kids are going to see in the real world, and that 7-year-old is going to have to grow up sometime.
