Hamburger Macarons
One of the better looking hamburger macaroons on the web, this puppy looks like it was constructed with care and a delicious, yet steady hand. We’re looking at a bun made from cocoa-tinted macarons, the patty is made from a slice of dried plum, cheese is coffee buttercream, the lettuce/pickles are made of green decorating sugar, mustard is a slice of dried apricot, and the ketchup is raspberry jam. Crunchy, chewy and savory. Winner!
