Grillo’s Pickles Releases A Pickle Cookbook

Pickles are truly having a moment. And they’re clearly for more than just burgers.

To illustrate that point, Grillo’s Pickles is releasing a cookbook! Grillo’s Presents PICKLED: 100 Pickle-Centric Recipes to Change Your Life is said to be “a love letter to the humble, underestimated, overlooked pickle.” 

The book features recipes from Chef Raphael “Raph” Jacob Khutorsky including Devilish Eggs, Pickle Brine Spatchcock Chicken, and a boozy Pickleback Slush. It also includes recipes for brine, tips on canning, and innovative ways to build pickles into your favorite meals, snacks, and cocktails.
