Grill ‘Em All Truck’s Deep Fried Bacon Burger

Ever since catching a glimpse of some of the burgers from the Grill ‘Em All Truck on Food Network recently, I’ve been itching to try one of their burgers. I’m making it my goal over the next few weeks to get to one of their stops and try out one of their crazy concoctions. Above, we’re looking at a burger with California cream cheese, deep fried bacon, beer & Siracha soaked onions (wowww!) & garlic aioli. (PicThx DTLG)
