Valentine’s Day is only a week away. If you and your significant other have plans to meet over a home-cooked meal, but you have no idea how to properly cook, you may be stressed and freaking out right about now. That’s okay, ’cause Gordon Ramsay’s got your back.

In an Ask Me Anything (AMA) on Reddit, the Michelin-star chef revealed what dish someone who can’t cook can still make to impress a first date.

Pasta is pretty simple to cook, and you can start with fully cooked or easy ingredients, just like Chef Ramsay recommended above. Making fresh pasta with your date on Valentine’s Day? Definitely a way to begin setting the mood.

I actually got a hand-cranked pasta machine for my birthday a couple of years back, so this could be the perfect opportunity for me to try.

Any takers?
