This Is A Mac & Cheese Lava Cake That Oozes Cheese [WATCH]

Ever since his departure from Epic Meal Time, chef Josh Elkin has been on the moooove.

He landed a show on Cooking Channel and has since been launching recipe after recipe of ridiculousness. During Valentine’s Day he made Pizza Roses, now he’s turned his mind to creating a savory version of everyone’s favorite restaurant dessert, the LAVA CAKE.
