Craving: The Thunderdome

This looks simply amazing. Everything from stacks of bacon (3 stacks to be exact), sausage, elk meat (say whaatt!), onions, and cheese between curiously crispy tortillas, topped with sour cream, two fried eggs and scallions. I’m pretty sure this isn’t on the menu over at your local IHOP or Denny’s, but it damn well should be! (Thx librarianguish)
