Craving: McDonald's Mega Tamago Mac

National Foodbeast Day is definitely a day of education. I was completely unaware that if a McDonald’s Big Mac has four meat patties, it’s referred to as a “Double Big Mac” or a “Mega Mac”, and it has been “discontinued” in several parts of the world, and is only available on limited menus throughout the United States. On the other hand, countries like Japan, China, Malaysia, Serbia, and Ireland (just to name a few) still carry this behemoth on the menu. What we’re looking at above is a variation on the normal sandwich, substituting one of the four beef patties with two slices of bacon and a fried egg. I wonder if my local McDonald’s will make me one? Might have to try today…(PicThx CalorieLab)
