Craving: LBS Extreme Burger

When it comes to Las Vegas, everyone has a “spot” they tell their homies back home about, the place where the food is better than the rest, but I think this one just jumped up a few spots on a few thousand people’s lists. We’re looking at the Extreme Burger from LBS: A Burger Joint, located within the Red Rock Resort Casino and Spa. This particular menu item comes stacked with six half-pound beef patties, and if that wasn’t enough, it is layered with American cheese, portobello mushrooms, lettuce, tomato, red onion, pickles, spicy mustard, herb mayo, house LBS sauce and “ghost peppers” all sitting neatly between a sweet egg bun. Oh yeah, there are also a pound of hot fries surrounding this tower. If you think you can make it past the record breaking 1 million+ Scoville units of heat within those ghost peppers, and finish this burger and fries under 60 minutes, this establishment will happily waive the $30 price tag and rename the entire dish in your honor.
