Chipotle’s First New Dip In Five Years Is Coming Soon

In a sizzling debut, Chipotle Mexican Grill has announced the launch of Adobo Ranch, its first new dip in five years. Set to hit locations across the U.S. and Canada on June 17, this smoky, spicy twist on a classic features real ingredients like adobo pepper and sour cream, creating a craveable addition to the fast casual’s menu items.

The introduction of Adobo Ranch comes at a time when ranch dips have taken American dining by storm, surpassing ketchup in popularity with sales of $1.3 billion in 2024. While ketchup remains a staple condiment in American kitchens, ranch dressing has become a more versatile and popular option, especially in casual dining.

“Our new Adobo Ranch taps into this passion,” said Chris Brandt, President and Chief Brand Officer. The dip is perfect for enhancing burritos, bowls, and even a Hand-Crafted Quesadilla.

Chipotle fans can get an exclusive taste on launch day with a free offer for Chipotle Rewards members, encouraging them to sample the launch of the dip. With Adobo Ranch, Chipotle not only spices up its menu but also engages customers eager for innovative flavors after five years of waiting for a new innovation.

Mark your calendars for June 17 – it’s time to dip into something new.
