Caribbean Mango Chicken Burgers
The weather is warming up, and for those of you who change up your menus depending on the season should definitely take note of Lisa Huff‘s latest creation, a Caribbean Mango Chicken Burger. Made with fresh mango, lime zest, cilantro, jalapeno, garlic, lean ground chicken and plain yogurt, this sandwich comes together with a mean Spring-Summer transitional ferocity.
