How To Turn Your Caprese Salad Into Delicious, Deep-Fried Cheese Balls

Whenever our Foodbeast brother, Josh Elkin, drops by, we know we’re in for a treat, as the former Epic Meal Time chef always cooks up something bad-ass.

This time, the Canadian Destroyer got down on a Caprese salad and not only found a way to make it bite-sized, he took it to the next level by deep-frying the salad into a delicious little ball of almost-healthy goodness.
