Banh Mi Burger

Vietnamese tastes join up with American burger juiciness to build this delicious looking Banh Mi Burger. Made with a homemade pickled vegetable topping, consisting of boiled rice wine vinegar with salt, garlic and pepper flakes floating around shredded carrots, sitting between a bed of cucumbers, cilantro, beef patty, head cheese, mayo and sriracha. Oh yeah, can’t forget the crispy baguette that makes a banh mi a banh mi. Game on! (Recipe @ TheFoodInMyBeard)
