Bacon Mania Truck Presents “The Rico” Dog
The Food Truck news keeps pouring in this week; with so many new trucks on the horizon, each one seems to be continually adding innovative menu items. Today, we’re looking at the Bacon Mania truck’s “The Rico” dog. This hodgepodge of a creation contains an all-beef Frank wrapped in center-cut Applewood smoked bacon, smothered in grilled onions, jalapenos and a spicy Rico sauce.
